SIMPLY PERFECT: The recipe is made from only three botanicals, which all sing through in the taste: Juniper, Coriander, and Fennel. Juniper berries up front; Coriander seeds for spicy, citrusy notes in the mid-palate, blossoming the juniper; Fennel seeds deliver a soft, cooling finish 94 Proof/47% ABV – for a remarkably smooth yet distinctive flavor. All three botanicals interact delightfully with quinine, the basis for tonic.
